Congratulations to Bess Trainum for being named as the Teacher of the Year for the Shenandoah Valley Center for Advanced Learning. The SVCAL houses both SVGS and VCTC. Mrs. Trainum was recognized yesterday, along with all of the other ACPS “Teachers of the Year”.
